Auri’s First Hike!

Auri’s First Hike!

We took Auri Hiking with us for the first time! We were a little bit worried, because she isn’t so great on the leash, but we figured how is she going to learn if we don’t just do it? She surprised us though because she did amazing. At first she kept wanting to pull and twist all over, but once we set a steady pace she was perfect. She really liked walking aside Tesla, and I noticed she took a lot of her cues from her big sister! We are so proud of her and cannot wait to go on adventures with Auri!

New Job Working With Animals

So The reason why I have yet to really post on here is that I have recently started school and have gotten a new job. As you know we have moved and with The Captain as the only one working I needed a job and fast.

Lucky for me I got a job at a Vet Clinic, I get to work with a majority of different animals and I squee with glee at seeing the cute faces that I come across.

So this past weekend Tesla and I went hiking at Will Rogers State park in Pacific Palisades.  So I decided to wear my new Arm The Animals Slim Tank. We had so much fun walking almost 5 miles up and down the hills. We saw horses, Artwork and I suspect got video taped and photographed for some media thing.

Adopting an animal is one of the most rewarding things I have done. Adopting Tesla and Mordechai was one of the best things I have done. Adopting is not for everyone though, but it doesn’t mean you can’t help animal organizations that rescue these pets.

Arm The Animals Donates a Portion of every sale to ‘No Kill’ animal organizations, so not only are you walking around in style but helping pets in need.

If you like the shirt and want to purchase it you can do that HERE.

Mordechai The Unlucky Cat

So Recently Mordechai had to have major surgery done and will currently be wearing the ‘Cone of Shame’ for a whole month until the stitches need to be removed.

I’m not going to go into too much detail about the surgery or why he had to have it, maybe I will save that for another post.

I just wanted to update everyone and tell everyone he is doing fine and is expected to make a full recovery!

Thanks for reading!
